Why is your space more “expensive” per square foot than traditional lease options?

Great question! While some people compare office options by cost per square foot, that metric doesn’t reflect the full value of what you’re getting with us.

Our Team Suites provide not only a dedicated workspace, but also access to our full suite of amenities—including meeting rooms, mother’s and wellness rooms, reception and lounge areas, outdoor seating, and more (varying by location).

With longer-term stays, the total cost is often comparable to a traditional lease once you factor in everything you’d otherwise need to pay for separately.

Plus, when you consider the time and effort required to find, build out, and manage a traditional office, the value of an all-in-one solution like ours becomes even clearer.

Our goal is to offer a comprehensive workspace that supports both the functional and day-to-day experience of your team—delivering far more overall value than square footage alone can measure.

Do you offer customizable furniture options for your enterprise solutions?

Absolutely! We’re 100% flexible and happy to tailor the furniture setup to your team’s needs. Need more than just desks and chairs? Prefer fewer items? Interested in soft seating or decorative touches? Just let us know—furnishings can be adjusted to match your ideal setup.

What IT solutions do you offer for enterprise teams? Can we get Dedicated Bandwidth, or bring our own provider?

Internet is like oxygen for your business (and ours!), so we take it seriously.

Most enterprise members choose to use our in-house internet, with ultra-fast speeds, redundant connections with alternate providers, dedicated wired and WiFi connections, VPN, and customizable bandwidth packages to suit your team’s needs. Specific offerings may vary by location.

If you prefer to bring in your own internet provider, we’re happy to discuss those options too.

How do you handle billing and invoicing?

We believe in keeping billing clear, simple, and transparent, with no hidden fees or surprises.

You’ll receive a monthly fixed fee for your membership and a breakdown of any additional costs that may have accrued each month, along with a summary of one-time expense items.

Privacy and security are important to us. What steps do you take to enhance them?

We design all of our locations with privacy and security in mind, including features like siloed internet connections, secure keyfob entry, optional frosted windows, on-site building security, ambient music for sound masking, and more (varying by location).

Need additional support? We’re happy to work with you to meet your specific requirements.

How long are your terms?

We offer a range of options, but enterprise suite agreements typically range from 1 to 3 years.

How much can we customize the interior of our suite?

We encourage you to make the space your own. If you have a vision in mind, our in-house design team is here to help bring it to life. We’re also happy to assist with installations like shelving or TVs, just note that additional fees may apply for those services.
